Social Media Management | Advertising & Marketing Design

During the Spring of 2022, I worked at Zappia Athletic Products as a Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist in Binghamton, NY. The graphics I produced for Zappia were primarily used for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and the goal of the posts were to increase sales and buyer awareness of Zappia’s merchandise and services. During my time at Zappia, I increased online sales by over 30% through my designs and expanded customer outreach on social media. 

I found this role incredibly enlightening as a designer as the style and language I used when making Zappia's graphics were quite foreign to me starting out! I quickly learned how to create successful designs by researching the custom apparel industry, the company itself, and Zappia's targeted demographic.
